ASTMDATA.com (“we”, “us”) is located in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1) Data we collect

• Account data: email address and login credentials (stored securely as a hashed password).
• Uploaded content: report templates (Excel/Word) and supporting documents you upload for processing.
• Service data: generation logs (basic technical logs for debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability).
• Payment data: payment status and transaction identifiers from our payment gateway (we do not store full card/UPI credentials on our servers).

2) How we use data

• To provide the service (fill your report template based on your documents and instructions).
• To manage subscriptions and access control.
• To prevent fraud/abuse and maintain platform security.
• To provide customer support.

3) File retention & deletion

We keep uploaded files and generated outputs for up to 7 days for download/history, then automatically delete them from our systems (unless we must retain something for legal or security reasons).

4) Sharing / third-party processing

We may use third-party services to operate the website (for example, payment processing and document processing). These services receive only the data needed to perform their function.

5) Security

We use reasonable security practices such as access controls and encrypted connections (HTTPS) where available. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing support@astmdata.com with subject: Delete My Account.
