Refund Policy
This policy applies to paid subscriptions purchased on ASTMDATA.com (Weekly ₹299 / Monthly ₹499).
General rule
- No refund after usage (after any report generation/processing) in normal cases.
- Refund may be provided only in critical cases at our discretion (for example: duplicate payment, payment success but service not activated due to our technical issue).

- Include: registered email, transaction details, date/time, and issue screenshots (if available).
Processing time
If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on banks/payment channels.
