DO NOT guarantee technical accuracy of MTCs
ARE NOT responsible for errors in specifications

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Ensuring accuracy of all data entered
Verifying material test results from NABL-certified labs
Compliance with EN 10204, ASTM, ASME standards
Review by qualified metallurgical/quality engineers
Acceptance of MTCs by your customers

2. Specifications Database Disclaimer

Our material specifications database is provided for REFERENCE PURPOSES ONLY.

We disclaim liability for:

Accuracy or completeness of specification data
Errors or omissions in chemical/mechanical properties
Outdated or superseded standards
Typographical errors

YOU MUST:

Independently verify specifications from official ASME/ASTM sources
Use current editions of applicable standards

We DO NOT guarantee that MTCs generated will be:

5. Limitation of Liability

WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Financial Losses:

Loss of revenue or business opportunities
Cost of replacement materials or re-testing
Contractual penalties

Operational Consequences:

Rejected MTCs or shipments
Production delays
Failed inspections or audits
Loss of certifications

Legal and Regulatory:

Fines or penalties from regulatory bodies

Material Failures:

Material failures or defects in service
Safety incidents or accidents

6. Maximum Liability Cap

Our maximum liability is limited to ₹149 (monthly subscription fee).

7. Data Entry Disclaimer

WARNING: Falsifying test data or MTCs may constitute FRAUD and violate laws.

YOU WARRANT THAT:

Uploaded Lab TCs are genuine and unaltered
Test results are from NABL/ISO 17025 accredited labs
Lab TC covers the specific material being certified
Test data has not been manipulated

8. No Endorsement

References to material suppliers, testing laboratories, or standards organizations do NOT constitute endorsement or recommendation.

9. Export Controls and Sanctions

If using MTC Maker for controlled materials (nuclear, defense):

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Compliance with export control laws (ITAR, EAR)
Obtaining necessary licenses
Sanctions screening (OFAC, UN, EU)
