Account: Your unique account for accessing our Service
Subscription: The paid monthly plan (₹149/month) for unlimited MTC generation

2. Service Description

What We Offer:

Online Material Test Certificate (MTC) generation platform
Access to ASME Section II material specifications database (269+ grades)
Template-based MTC creation following EN 10204 Type 3.1 standards
PDF download and print functionality
Archive and search features

What We DO NOT Offer:

Material testing services
Verification of data accuracy
Material certification or authentication
Guarantee of third-party acceptance

3. Subscription and Pricing

Professional Plan: ₹149 per month

Unlimited MTC generation
Custom company branding (logo upload)
Access to complete ASME database
MTC archive and search
Email support

Payment: Billed monthly in advance via PayU Payment Gateway. Auto-renews unless cancelled.

4. User Responsibilities

YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Accuracy of all data entered into MTCs
Ensuring test results match actual laboratory certificates
Compliance with EN 10204, ASTM, ASME, and other applicable standards
Review and approval by qualified engineers
Acceptance of MTCs by your customers

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent data
Generate MTCs for materials you have not tested
Use the Service to deceive third parties
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to hack or breach security
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, templates, and database are owned by or licensed to us. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your business purposes only.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee:

Accuracy or completeness of specifications
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Acceptance of MTCs by third parties
Compliance with all regulations

8. Limitation of Liability

OUR MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Limited to ₹149 (monthly subscription fee) or amount paid in preceding 12 months.

WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR:

Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
Rejected MTCs or shipments
Material failures or quality issues
Regulatory fines or penalties
Legal fees or litigation costs

9. Termination

You may cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months (see Refund Policy).

We may terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
Payment fails or is disputed
You engage in fraudulent activities

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in courts of [Your City], India.

11. Changes to Terms
